Fier Prosecution Takes a Man to Court for 'Attempted Intentional Murder'
Fier Prosecution office has filed criminal case of 2024, concerning the offense of "Attempted Intentional Murder", as stipulated in articles 76 and 22 of the Criminal Code, to the detriment of citizen Altin Lamce.
Investigations conducted in cooperation with the judicial police revealed that on May 5, 2024, at approximately 11:30 am, Lamce attacked citizen K.L. for trivial reasons, with a sharp object, inflicting life-threatening injuries.
The investigations confirmed that the accused A.L. had committed elements of the criminal offense "Attempted Intentional Murder", as stipulated in articles 76 and 22 of the Criminal Code, against the victim K.L.
The prosecution, after wrapping up the investigations, has formally charged citizen A.L. and has referred the case for trial.
