Fier, Repetitive Offender Detained on Drugs Charges

A 31-year-old man has been put into handcuffs this Tuesday by Fier Police, after being caught selling cannabis divided into doses. 

Authorities revealed that the citizen with the initials F.Xh, resident in Patos, has been arrested before for the same criminal activity, while a 43-year-old man that was caught buying doses of narcotics, has been put under investigation. 

During the search, the police found and seized 150 doses of the narcotic drug cannabis, an electronic scale and a sum of money obtained from this criminal activity. 

The materials were passed to the Prosecutor's Office, for the criminal offense "Production and sale of narcotics" 

"Specialists of the Narcotics Investigation Section, in cooperation with the operational services of DVP Fier, supported by information intelligence for a case of distribution of narcotics in doses, in Patos, have initiated a one-week investigation, in cooperation with the Prosecutor's Office at the Court of The Fier Judicial District, and as a result of the evidence provided, have organized and finalized the police operation coded "Station". 

As part of this operation, citizen F. Xh., 31 years old, resident of Patos, previously convicted for the criminal offense of "Production and sale of narcotics", was caught and arrested in the act, and the materials were referred to the Prosecutor's Office. and the proceedings began in free status for the citizen B. K., 43 years old, resident of Patos. 

Police services, supported by information intelligence, have located the citizen F. Xh. and they caught him red-handed selling doses of the narcotic substance cannabis to the citizen B.K. Following the actions for this case, the Police services found in the apartment of the 31-year-old, and seized as material evidence, 150 doses of suspected narcotics cannabis, an electronic scale used to divide the narcotic into doses, a quantity of liquid methadone, a sum of money obtained from the sale of the narcotic and a mobile phone", said the police.
