Senior citizen Nasi Xhoxhi, but has been missing for two days, after he went fishing on Seman beach and has not returned, the police announced Thursday. 

Family members of Xhoxhi, 78 years old, found his vehicle and fishing net in the place where he used to park. 

Investigations carried out have left room for suspicion that the 78-year-old may have drowned in the sea, on the beach of Seman, but the search for him, alive or drowned, continues. 

"At the Fier Police Station, citizen A. Xh., 41 years old, a resident of Fier, reported that his father, citizen N. Xh., 78 years old, on 24.01.2023 left the house for fishing and was not come back 

From the conducted investigations, it is suspected that the 78-year-old may have drowned in the sea, on the beach of Seman", said the law enforcement.
