The first cruise with 2200 foreign tourists has arrived in Sarande.

Launched from the United States of America, Norwegian Star has brought mostly American and Canadian tourists to Saranda. 

"I liked the port, it was very beautiful. We left from the United States of America, this is our third stop, it went by so fast, we are enjoying it. The city is very beautiful, all the white buildings looked beautiful from the ship", said a tourist.

Although they have few hours available to visit the tourist attractions, the tourists show that they are amazed by the beauty of the city. And don't rule out another one to visit with more time available. 

"It's a quiet place with nice people, I'm from Canada and it's the first time I'm in Albania." 

"Maybe I will come back here with a guide because today we don't know what you have and where to go, we don't know what to expect", said another tourist. 

“It's nice here, we'll be staying very short only a few hours so not enough time to explore the city. I'm from Canada," said another. 

"Everything is very beautiful, the sea is clean, there is sun. I like it!" 

In recent years Saranda has benefited about 4000 daily tourists per week thanks to the visits of large cruises. 

Norwegian Star arrived from Split, Croatia, to stay a few hours in Saranda. While for the coming weeks in the Port of Saranda there are 5 more reservations from ships of such size.
