Operation Force of Law demanded four lawbreakers from Tirana to declare their assets within 48 hours.  The citizens in question are Nderim Markola, Durim Dervishi, Kliton Nanushi and Ergys Mecuku.

According to OFL, Markola, resident in Tirana, is convicted of the criminal offense "Murder in other qualifying circumstances", Dervishi, is convicted of the criminal offense "Coercion through threats or violence to give away property."

It is also reported that Nanushi is convicted of the criminal offense "Trafficking of adults" and Mecuku is sentenced for the criminal offense "Production and sale of drugs.”

These individuals, as the subject of the Special Law, must respond in writing within 48 hours to all OFL questions and then the answers received will be sent to the SPAK, for further action.
