Former mayor of the Kavaja Municipality, Elvis Roshi appeared this Thursday at the Special Prosecution against Corruption (SPAK).

Earlier, the Special Court against Corruption required by SPAK to investigate Roshi after the criminal proceeding made against him by the State Supreme Audit.

This institution during the audit realized for the years 2013-2014, find problems in procurement procedures of the public funds with a damage up to ALL 33 million.

This case was closed by the former socialist, but the Special court decided to reopen it on the accuse for duty abuse.
