Fredi Beleri's lawyer considered as politically motivated the accusation brought against the candidate of "Together We Win" for the municipality of Himara. 

In a statement to the media at the end of the process, his legal defender said that the court did not prove the evidence they were looking for, although the arrest was considered legal. 

"The actions were simulated by the police, it is a political accusation and a political setup. The existence of the lists was not proven at any time, he was leaving the bar. Beleri will be sent to Tirana today", he noted.
