The Council of Ministers approved a Lek 250 million fund for the financial compensation of the owners of real estate occupied by legalized constructions in the local directorates of the State Cadastre Agency: Tirana North, Tirana South, Elbasan, Kamzë-Vorë, Kavajë, Vlora, Tirana Rural area 1, Tirana Rural area 2, Saranda, Shkodër.

This value will be used to compensate for an area of 27,645.9 m2.

The revenues collected by the local directorates of the State Cadastre Agency, as a result of the transfer of ownership through the sale of the construction plot, both for state assets and third-party assets, in favor of informal objects that are legalized, are used to compensate the owners.
