Nuredin Dumani and Henrik Hoxhaj dismantled eight criminal gangs in Albania through their testimony before investigators. SPAK has issued 32 arrest warrants, while 18 people have been arrested. 

Nuredin Dumani, one of the most wanted names in justice, was arrested a few weeks ago after escaping an assassination attempt. In front of the apartment building where he was sheltered in Fier, Henrik Hoxhaj, known as the "soldier" of Duman, was also handcuffed. 

It was precisely their confessions that led the SPAK and the State Police to uncover the perpetrators of the sensational murders that have taken place in the country in recent years. But how did Nuredin Dumani and Henrik Hoxhaj get to know each other, who carried out a series of executions? 

In the investigative file, Hoxha confesses that he met Duman at a birthday party. Regarding this criminal fact, the citizen Henrik Hoxhaj stated, among other things, that he met with Nuredin 3-4 years ago. 

"I met Nuredin on the birthday of a mutual friend of ours. My acquaintance with Nuredin has been gradual and over time I have strengthened my connection with him. During the 3-4 year period, we did not have frequent contacts, except for the cases when Nuredin asked me to help him do some work, periods in which we increased our contacts and connections with each other", said Hoxhaj.
