In a press release, the Embassy noted that the Ambassador, accompanied by the Head of the PAMECA V Project, a Security Representative at the Embassy as well as the Chief Prosecutor of SPAK, Arben Kraja and the Head of NBI, Aida Veizaj Hajnaj, wished good luck to the investigators of the new structure.

In fact, next week they will pay a visit to Rome to take part in a busy training week, an activity funded and organized by the EU Project led by Italy, PAMECA V, under the auspices of the Directorate Central Criminal Police and the Anti-Mafia Investigation Directorate at the Italian Department of Public Safety.

This course, structured in the part of theory and practice, is attached to other training activities, while the will for its realization was clearly expressed in the video conference in which the Italian and Albanian authorities participated and which took place in November of last year.

In his speech, Ambassador Bucci mentioned the excellent level of bilateral cooperation between the two countries in the criminal police sector and judicial cooperation, emphasizing the excellent results achieved in the detention and arrest of wanted persons as well as in the activities through the JIT, joint investigation teams mechanism.

Prosecutor Kraja and Director Veizaj, addressing the participants in the course, underlined the fact that very soon they will be the protagonists of this cooperation and that they should take advantage of this opportunity provided by Italy to further deepen their knowledge and professional baggage, especially at the practical level, in the field of complex investigations.
