Jozefina Topalli's Movement for Change party becomes the first party to submit to the Central Election Commission (CEC) the lists of candidates for MPs, for the April 25 elections. 

Today is the deadline set by the CEC for all parties that have registered for the April 25 elections to submit lists with the names of the candidates. The deadline ends at 23.59. 

It is learned that the Chairwoman of Movement for Change, Jozefina Topalli herself, based on the changes in the Electoral Code, will run simultaneously in 4 constituencies, in Durrës, Tirana, Lezha and Shkodra. 

A surprise name from Topalli's list is the name of Dashamir Tahiri, former MP of Shpetim Idrizi's PJIU. Tahiri is expected to compete in Vlora Region.
