Kosovo has boycotted the Beijing Olympics. It is learned that the President of Kosovo, Vjosa Osmani, has supported the US decision on the diplomatic boycott of China. 

Her media adviser, Bekim Kupina, told the media in Pristina that due to human rights violations by the Chinese authorities, Osmani will join the boycott of the Olympic Games in Beijing, after the USA, Australia and United Kingdom. 

The diplomatic boycott means that competing teams are participating in the Games, but the President of Kosovo will boycott all official ceremonies and activities for the heads of delegations during the Olympic Games in Beijing.
