However, people close to the Nikulaj family have confirmed that the Nikulaj family have decided to give up blood feud with Haxhia's relatives, who, after his involvement in this event, were isolated.

In this way, the Nikulaj family left the canon behind, leaving the punishment of the perpetrators in the hands of justice.

Adrian Nikulaj, businessman in Lezhë, former candidate for deputy in the 2021 elections and candidate for the Municipal Council in the elections of May 14 of this year, was killed with a pistol by a masked person in his Coral business premises on April 19.

The perpetrator wore a mask, phosphorescent vest and camouflaged with thick clothing, and after committing the murder with a pistol at a very close distance and alone, he quietly left the scene on a motorcycle.

The victim was drinking coffee in his bar in Shengjin, when the perpetrator shot him seven times with a pistol in the head and other parts of the body.

The police managed to clarify and document the incident, issuing 6 arrest warrants. 4 people have been arrested, among them the organizer Edmond Haxhia, while the Portuguese executioner Ruben Saraiva, and one of the Britons involved in the event, are still on the run.
