A citizen has decided to lock himself with chains this Wednesday as a form of protest for his land that was stolen, according to him.

According to information, Huanito Martini is the citizen in question, who has locked himself to a light pole next to the town hall. 

He told the media that tens of hectares of land in the village of Balldren have been taken from him. He claims that Albanian justice has not given a solution to him.
