Jamarber Malltezi, actually under house arrest for 'Partizani' case, submitted this Tuesday at the Special Court against Corruption a lawsuit against the Prime Minister, Edi Rama, former Interior Minister, Taulant Balla and two prosecutors Enkeleda Millonai and Arben Kraja. 

Malltezi accused Rama for abuse of duty with a damage of 340.000 euro. On the other side, he said that denounced Balla for fake declarations, while the two prosecutors for abuse of duty and falsification.

He further requested in the complaint the annulment of the decision of the Special Prosecution Office against Corruption and Organized Crime, "On the non-initiation of criminal proceedings, which relates to the complaint dated November 18, 2024."

Malltezi underlined that every time he files complaints, the prosecutors decide not to initiate criminal proceedings.
