Roma Teen Death Causes Massive Protests in Greece

A protest rally was held in the Propylaia of Athens in Greece this Tuesday evening.

According to sources from the Greek media, the protest was held by members of anti-authoritarian organizations on the occasion of the death of the 16-year-old Roma, who was shot by a police officer in Thessaloniki.

Again, there were incidents in this gathering. While the march was taking place, there were clashes at the city's university. Anti-authoritarians threw stones at the police, who responded with their own methods.

There was also tension in Syntagma Square, where the police used tear gas, while incidents also occurred in Stadiou. Meanwhile, only after 21:00 Greek time, traffic returned to the main streets of the city.
