This institutions sent the full file to the United Arab Emirates in order to make possible the extradition of Bami.

The last was arrested on June 12 while he is accused in Albania for realizing the conditions to commit a murder, criminal group, and drugs trafficking.

Actually, Albania doesn't have an extradition agreement with Dubai, but between the two countries are trying to make possible extradition in other legal ways.
