Montenegro has removed COVID measures for Albanian travellers. The Minister for Europe and Foreign Affairs has announced that from Friday Albanian citizens will be able to travel freely to Montenegro. 

They will not be required to present at the border a vaccination certificate or any COVID-related test. 

"The Ministry of Europe and Foreign Affairs announces that Montenegro has eased covid measures for entry into the country. 

From this Friday, Albanian citizens will be able to travel freely to Montenegro, without having to present at the border a vaccination certificate or any test related to Covid19," it is stated in the announcement.
