A man from Ghana died in Durres, while his companion, a woman was found in a shocking state.

The border police of Durresi found the couple who were from Ghana and lives in England, in the open sea.

They were in the sea after a wrong maneuver with the water motor, jet ski. 

The 34-year-old died while the 31-year-old woman was in a dangerous state. 

An investigative group was set up to shed light on the event.
