'Kastrati Grup' buys 100% of the shares of Rinas International Airport. The Albanian giant of the car and fuel market will now own even the only airport in Albania. 

Ora News informs that "Kastrati Grup" has reached an agreement with the Chinese company "Real Fortress Private Limited" on December 18, 2020. This agreement has been registered in the National Business Center. 

In April 2016, the Chinese group "China Everbright" announced that it had signed a contract for the purchase of EUR 82.25 million of shares of Rinas Airport, with a term of 20 years, through its subsidiary "Real Fortress Private Limited", an offshore company based in Singapore. 

Now, Rinas International Airport "Mother Theresa" will be 100% owned by an Albanian company like "Kastrati Grup".
