The lawyer Andrea Zotaj miraculously escaped an assassination attempt on Thursday evening in Memaliaj. 

A 36-year0old man, later identified as Fatos Lamaj, shot him while moving with his vehicle and his nephew.

Lawyer said that he could survived the bullets making dangerous manoeuvres with his vehicle, thanking God for being alive.

According to him, everything happened due to his duty. Just two days ago, the perpetrator was caught by police and released after 24 hours, due to a conflict that he had with a relative of the lawyer. 

Lamaj was arrested.
