The early hours of this Tuesday morning registered a conflict between two persons in a bar, one of whom was killed with a hail of bullets.

Around 03:00, in the village of Shelqet, Vau i Dejës, the citizen Alfons Palushani, 37 years old, resident of the village of Stajkë, Vau i Dejës, killed the citizen Agron Metushi 51 years old, resident in Shkodër. 

From the quick actions and preliminary investigations carried out by the Police, it is suspected that the instant conflict started in the village bar and immediately the citizen Alfons Palushani went to the apartment and took the Kalashnikov firearm and at the moment that the citizen Agron Metushani was taking his car to leave, the perpetrator shot at him.

The investigative group under the direction of the Prosecutor's Office continues the work at the scene for the complete clarification of the circumstances and the legal documentation of this event. The Police Services are in pursuit of the perpetrator and the control of the area continues for his capture.
