The General Secretary of the Socialist Party (SP), Damian Gjiknuri, held a meeting with the structures of the Socialist Party of Dibër District, where he introduced Belinda Balluku as a political leader. 

Gjiknuri expresses the conviction that the election process that is taking place in the SP will give a guarantee for victory in the 2023 and 2025 elections. 

"With the structures of the Socialist Party of Dibër District where I introduced Belinda Balluku as a political leader. I am convinced that Belinda has the right experience to continue the good work done by Ulsi Manja in this district, which was reflected in the fantastic result in the March 6 elections. Success for Ulsi in his duty as political leader of Lezha Region. I also stressed that the election process in the Socialist Party will bring about the re-energization of every structure and will give us the guarantee for victory in the 2023 and 2025 elections ", stressed Gjiknuri.
