The third court hearing against former Kosova Liberation Army (KLA) commanders, Hashim Thaçi, Kadri Veseli, Jakup Krasniqi and Rexhep Selimi will take place Tuesday in The Hague at 11:00. 

The announcement was made by the Special Court, which announced its postponement a week ago. The accompanying document states that during the hearing the judge will ask the parties about the data collected so far and will review the request of the specialized prosecutor's office, which says that the trial against them begin in September this year in order to give the defense more time to gather the necessary evidence. 

Meanwhile, about a week ago, the Panel of the Court of Appeals rejected Nasim Haradinaj's appeal against the decision to keep him in detention on remand.

Former KLA leaders, including former President Hashim Thaci, are in The Hague facing war crims charges against civilians, regarding the Liberation War of Kosovo in 1999.
