One Dead as Plane Crashes in Serbia
One person has lost his life from the crash of a small plane near Belgrade, announced the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Serbia.
The plane crashed shortly after 12:00 on August 10, after it had taken off from the "13 Maji" airport in Zemun Polje.
"13 Maji" airport is located in the Zemun Polje neighborhood, 10 kilometers west of the center of the Serbian capital, Belgrade.
The representative of the Research Center for Traffic Accidents, Nebojša Petrovi?, told the Serbian news agency, Beta, that the ultralight plane was registered at the Directorate of Civil Aviation in Belgrade.
