Orthodox believers in Albania celebrated Easter this Sunday. With prayers for peace and goodness, Orthodox believers attended the Mass of the Resurrection of Christ in Churches and Cathedrals across the country.

"Christ is risen, truly risen!" This was the refrain of all Orthodox believers this Sunday where they celebrated Easter, one of the most important holidays of this faith that symbolizes the triumph of life over evil, death.

Believers have lit candles in the "Orthodox Cathedral of the Resurrection of Christ" to bring home light from the light of Jesus Christ who has now truly risen.
