Over 50 Kg of Drugs Busted at Greek-Albanian Border, One Arrested

Fifty-three kilograms of marijuana have been caught on the Greek-Albanian border in an operation carried out by the Greek police in the morning in a forest area in Kostur.

During the operation, a 23-year-old Albanian was caught as he entered Greek soil carrying 2 bags containing 50 packages of 53 kg of marijuana.

Furthermore, 2 mobile phones with 2 SIM cards and Albanian ALL were seized.

Since the beginning of this year, around 710 kilograms of marijuana suspected to have come from Albania have been seized by the Greek police in various areas of Greece.
