The Prime Minister of Albania, Edi Rama congratulated fans of Inter team for winning Serie A this season, after 11 years. 

Rama is known as a Juventus fan, as he admits that this year did not belong to his favorite football team, but to the Socialist Party. 

He emphasizes that this time the happiest person is the one who is both an Inter Fan and a socialist. 

"Since many Inter fans here write why I do not congratulate them, here is the well-deserved congratulation after 11 years, thanks to this Juventus fan shouting here at the top of the group (meaning Antonio Conte). 

Enjoy friends, this was not the year of Juve but of the Socialist Party, so everyone has their own joy and we are fine. Blessed is he who is both an Inter fan and a socialist this time," stated Rama.

Yesterday, Inter won the Serie A title after 11 years, although there are still 4 matches until the end of the season.
