As part of the National Consultation initiative, Prime Minister Edi Rama has published this Sunday the sixth question, on which he seeks the opinion of Albanians. 

It is about legalizing cannabis for medical purposes. This is one of the most debated issues in the country, while Rama says that in order to make a decision, the opinion of the citizens is needed.
