The son of the multi-billionaire, George Soros has been in Tirana this Tuesday. 

This was announced by Alex Soros himself, who after the photos with the mayor of Tirana, Erion Veliaj, also posted a photo with Prime Minister Edi Rama, where the latter is seen holding Alex Soros from his jacket. 

"Celebrating in Tirana with the man who turned it into one of the most special cities in the world!" - Soros writes next to the photo.
