PM Rama Reacts on Phone Conversation with Zelensky

Prime Minister Edi Rama has revealed details from the telephone conversation he had with the Ukrainian President Volodomyr Zelensky, while he also published the audio of the conversation. 

Rama says that Zelensky, thanked  for everything Albania is doing in these tragic days for Ukrainian people, for Europe and for the whole world, starting from our role as co-host with the US in the Security Council, to the assistance provided to the Ukrainian army as well as intensive engagement in diplomatic channels with important partners in support of Ukraine.

The Albanian Prime Minister writes on social networks that during the conversation with the Ukrainian President he expressed all the admiration and solidarity of the Albanian people in Albania and Kosovo, with him and the Ukrainian resistance, as well as the full will to do everything we can in our small size for Ukraine to triumph in its freedom-loving war.

"Today I had a call from President Zelensky, who thanked me for everything Albania is doing in these tragic days for its people, for Europe and for the whole world, starting from our role as co-host with the US in the Security Council, to the assistance of data on the Ukrainian army, as well as intensive engagement in diplomatic channels with important partners in support of Ukraine. 

I expressed to the Ukrainian President all the admiration and solidarity of the Albanian people in Albania and Kosovo, with him and the Ukrainian resistance, as well as the full will to do everything we can in our small size, for Ukraine to triumph in its freedom-loving war," wrote Rama.
