The General Director of the State Police, Muhamet Rrumbullaku ordered a deep vetting process for all the police officers.

Albaniandailynews.com learned that he signed an order that forces police officers to declare every gift they benefit.

Rrumbullaku said that police officers should declare if they are under investigation, condemned for a criminal offense, if they had any communication with criminal persons or if they accepted any gift, money or other expensive gifts.

The declaration process is expected to last until 30 of June.
