Prisons Directorate Requires the Impose of 41 biss Regime for 15 Prisoners

The Directory of Prisons requires by the Special Prosecution against Corruption to put inside the 41 biss system 15 prisoners who are suspected that have strong connections with criminal gangs outside prison.

Their names are kept secret by the institutions, but this directory believes that they should be super controlled.

This request is being discussed SPAK.

Seven prisoners are currently serving the harsh 41 biss regime, copied from the Italian model applied to mafia groups there. Those are Ilir Kupa, Sokol Mjacaj, Aldo Hoxha, Anterio Kaloshi, Fatmri Pjetri, Nikolin Topalli and Erjon Veizaj.
