Rama Travels to Turkey as Opposition Is Preparing for a Massive Protest

The Albanian Prime Minister, Edi Rama will travel this Tuesday to Turkey to met the Turkish President, Rexhep Taip Erdogan.

Accompanied by the Minister of Foreign Affairs, Igli Hasani, Rama is expected to sign few agreements with Turkey.

The purpose of Rama's visit to Turkey will be to strengthen the friendly relationship between the two countries. As part of the visit, the first meeting of the Turkey-Albania High Level Cooperation Council will take place in Ankara.

At the meeting of the Council, all aspects of Turkey-Albania relations will be examined and the steps that can be taken to further deepen bilateral cooperation will be discussed.
