Police arrested the husband of the democrat MP, Elda Hoti late on Saturday after an incident happened in Rrëshen.

He was arrested along with another person, Amarildo Jushi.

Both of them were arrested for the criminal offenses “Obstructing the movement of vehicles”, “Driving vehicles in an irregular manner”, “Self-judgment” and “Threat or violence against election participants”.

According to police these two men, blocked the road of the citizens who were driving accusing them for buying votes in the area for the socialists candidate.

When police stopped them, they were drunk.
