Russian Soldiers Accused of Raping Ukrainian Women

Ukrainian Foreign Minister Dmytro Kuleba accused Vladimir Putin's military forces of carrying out sexual assaults in several cities in Ukraine. He accused Vladimir Putin's forces of committing sexual abuse while occupying cities. 

He said that there were many cases of women who were targeted, write foreign media. Speaking to Chatham House foreign affairs experts, he said: "Soldiers rape women in occupied cities and we have many cases, unfortunately, when Russian soldiers rape women in Ukrainian cities. It is certainly difficult to talk about the effectiveness of international law. But this is the only means of civilization we have at our disposal, to make sure that in the end, all those who made this war possible will be brought to justice and the Russian Federation, as a country that committed an act of aggression, will to take responsibility for his deeds, "he said. 

Kuleba also called on all European countries to support the establishment of a Court in order to bring justice for the people of Ukraine.
