Seven air traffic controllers were accompanied to police during night after they have decided to not work and paralyzing Albanian air space. They started a 'strike' on Wednesday arguing that they have a lot of stress due to the reduce of salaries during pandemic.

Meanwhile, Tirana prosecution has started investigation for the situation created as all flights to and from Albania were cancelled due to air controllers strike. It was said that flights are cancelled at least until Thursday 10:00 am, but controllers said that they are on strike for an indefinite period. 

Investigations are going on for possible abuse of duty by controllers.
