Durrës Court has released from prison Klajdi Xibraku, who was arrested on cocaine trafficking from Ecuador, while it was the Appellate that took the decision for him to be now free.

Albaniandailynews.com has learned that Xibraku was released due to lack of evidence, as there are no wiretaps or telephone communications, but only the amount of drugs found.

A few weeks ago, his collaborator, Erjon Peti, was also released despite international drugs trafficking charges. It was the appellate judge of Durrës, Anita Mici, who accepted the request of Petit's lawyer, leaving him free and without any coercive measures.
