Socialist MP, Ndreca Testifies for 4 Hours at SPAK

The socialist Member of Parliament, Plarent Ndreca, testified this Friday for over four hours at the Special Prosecution against Corruption (SPAK), as he was taken defendant for the accusation of violation of inequality in tenders related to the procedures for the reconstruction of 4 police stations in the country, at the time when he was Secretary General of the Ministry of the Interior.

At the end of the testimony, he confirmed that gave declarations to SPAK over the investigations going on on this issue. 

He added that further statements on the case will be made on the days to come.

The Socialist Party MP was charged by the Special Prosecutor's Office on October 25.The report to SPAK was made by the High State Control, which suspects that the officials have allowed inconsistencies and legal deviations in the competition for intervention in the Police Stations of Vlora, Mirdita, Pogradec and that no. 4 in Tirana.
