The Special Prosecution against Corruption (SPAK) issued an order arrest for the head of the Road Traffic Department in Tirana, Roven Zeka and the head of the accident sector Sokol Novaku and a judicial officer Edison Tabaku on charges of 'abuse of office'.

According to SPAK, all of them abused with their duty and took money from a women for a car accident.
