The Special Prosecution against Corruption (SPAK) required a year in jail for the mayor of Rrogozhina, Edison Memolla and to remove his right to use public functions for five years.

The last, appeared at the prosecution today to be known with the decision. 

According to SPAK, Memolla influenced during the elections in his area to not cut off the electricity, for those people that did not pay in exchange of votes.
