Storm "Ciaran" affects Albania. The "Lana" overflowed its banks this Friday near the "Palace of Arrows" and flooded Tirana streets. 

As can be seen, the river has "invaded" the roads in that area, as people pass through the water. 

It is reported that water has entered businesses while difficulties have been created in the circulation of vehicles.
