The head of the Central Elections Commission, Ilirjan Celibashi said Thursday that the vote of the emigrants can be realized in the next Parliamentary Elections.

In a communication with the media, Celibashi said that there are not risks realizing it. 

"The process of voting from abroad is not in danger. There is zero risk. This process is not in danger today. There are problems that need to be addressed", said Celibashi.

Referring to the concern of postal operators to send and deliver the vote, Celibashi and that the deadlines for registering candidates, political parties, coalitions or even candidates should be repaired.

He underlined that everyone involved should be work to make this process possible.
