One Arrested in Tirana Massage Parlor Prostitution
Tirana Police has cracked down on another case of criminal activity in the field of exploitation of prostitution and adaptation of premises for prostitution by arresting one citizen and declaring wanted another one.
It is about citizen Kliton Shuli, 28 years old, the manager of the massage centre where prostitution took place, who was arrested, as well as citizen Ernest Shkreli, 23 years old, the owner of the massage parlor, who was declared wanted.
"Based on the evidence gathered, as a result of several months of work, the manager of the massage parlor, citizen Kliton Shuli, 28 years old, resident in Tirana, was handcuffed, and the owner of the business, citizen Ernest Shkreli, 23 years old, was declared wanted.
These citizens, in cooperation with each other, recruited women through social networks, claiming to be employed as female massagers, and then forced them to offer sexual services to the clients of the massage center. The clients of this center made payments for two services and the benefits were shared between the administrator and the employees who performed these services.
Following the actions, 4 citizens employed in this centre were prosecuted for the criminal offence 'Prostitution'. The materials were submitted to the Tirana Judicial District Prosecutor's Office for further action," Police made known.
