Starting from September, everyone who will travel to the south of Albania through the Llogara tunnel should pay tolls.

According to the vice prime minister, Belinda Balluku, the fee will be ALL 250.

During the activity 'Touristic Albania 2030', Balluku said that this tunnel will be the second one, where should be passed only after paying tolls, after the road 'Thumane-Kashar' road. 

"Considering the rumors and the prices we have heard, I would like to officially say today that through a broad and very deep analysis of the operational costs of the tunnel infrastructure depreciation, the price of a tunnel passage for cars is 250 lek including VAT. Not 10 euros, not 5 euros, not 50 euros, because we have heard various figures. Larger categories, such as buses, trailers, will have special prices according to a feasibility study," declared Balluku.
