The person in the photo is Amar (Dritan) Shkëmbi, the 39-year-old arrested this thursday in Abu Dhabi on behalf of the Albanian authorities. 

According to the Albanian police, he is accused of participating in the assassination attempt on prosecutor Arjan Ndoja in 2019, where Andi Maloku, the prosecutor's driver, was killed. 

After the arrest by the Arab authorities, it is expected that Dritan Shkëmbi will be extradited to Albania where he will face justice. 

In connection with this event, Redjan Rraja was arrested earlier on November 5, 2019, and Arjol Halilaj on May 5, 2020. Meanwhile, on January 20 of this year, Genti Ndjerjaku alias Kili Ndjerjaku, Marsel Deçka, Endrit Sinani, Julian Pjetri and Bashkim Haxhija were arrested. 

After the arrest of Shkëmbi, three people are now wanted for the incident: Plarent Dervishaj, Julian Mecaj and Ramazan Rraja. It is suspected that Plarent Dervishaj is also in Dubai.
