About 54 kg of marijuana was seized in Thessaloniki this Friday, while Fatmir Alizoti from Elbasan and Oltion Ranxha, a resident of Thessaloniki, are the Albanians arrested during the operation against drug trafficking.

According to the available information, a part of the drug was seized in the "Scania" type truck with Albanian license plates.

Albanian Fatmir Alizoti was the driver of the vehicle, while Oltion Ranxha was the person who was waiting for the drugs.

The drug seized in Thessaloniki was transported from Albania to Greece and was hidden in a drum.

A part of which was caught in the vehicle and the rest in the van.
