Kosovar businessman Naser Kelmendi, described as the "Boss of drugs" in the Balkans, was arrested in the city of Loznica in Serbia. 

The news was announced by the Serbian media. Kelmendi was seen in a hotel at the entrance of Loznica. 

Serbian media 'Novosti' reports that the arrest was made around 13:30 on Friday. According to the information of this Serbian media, he was detained and during the arrest nothing was found that could link him to any crime committed. 

It is also reported that Kelmendi is still at the Loznica police station and there is no official statement as to why he was arrested.
