Secretary-General of the Democratic Party (DP), Gazmend Bardhi, says that with the agreement they signed today with the Socialist Movement for Integration (SMI), they will restore hope to the Albanians. 

Bardhi shares photos from the moment of signing the agreement and writes that the end of Prime Minister Edi Rama has come. 

"Edi Rama is in panic because he has realized that today his end has begun. Rama understands that on April 25 he will go home. 

We joined together to ensure a change in Albania and that change will be brought by us: new hopes for all and serious work plans in all areas, where Rama has failed for 8 years in a row: economy, health, education, emigration, infrastructure. 

Edi Rama's time has come to an end. The time has come to change ", writes Bardhi.
