'Fighting corruption requires really a transformation in one's approach and one's mindset,' this is the message given by the Chargé d'Affaires of the USA in Albania, Nancy VanHorn this Monday.

According to her, one thing that has become clear to me is that when people think anti-corruption, they think SPAK. 

"That demonstrates the impact that SPAK has had, so that's a good thing. But I think that Mr. Dumani would be the first person to say that SPAK doesn't act alone. Any success that they have in investigating and prosecuting cases is because of everybody else in the justice landscape.” - Chargé d'Affaires Nancy VanHorn, at the launch of IVLP alumna Irena Xhafa’s “Integrity Chronicles” project, joined by Minister for Anti-Corruption and Public Administration Adea Pirdeni. 

The project, launched on World Anti-Corruption Day, is supported by the U.S. Department of State IVLP Impact Award in partnership with the Ministry of State for Anti-Corruption and Public Administration.
